I don't know much about metal jewelry making, so all of this may not be possible how I envision it, or there may be a much better solution.
I'm seeing this pendant in silver, with a combination of satin and polished surfaces- depending on what looks best. The total size is between 2.5" and 2.75" tall. I'm not sure how much bending and manipulating can be done to square wire, but that's what I'm envisioning the bulk of the branch/buds being made of. The flower itself made of silver sheet, maybe with some molding/bending so that it's not completely flat. I'm also undecided about adding some etching and tarnishing details, for more depth. I would like the center of the flower to be a small, bezel set, black onyx.
